Overview
The Act: [ID] page provides details on the account selected from the Accounts page. Use the Act: [ID] page to review the outstanding balance summary, transaction activity, and collection activity on a guarantor account.
It is comprised of 6 tabs:
The Patient List shows all alerts for patients linked to the guarantor account. For example, the patient is a child or a spouse of the guarantor.
Field Definitions

Patient | Display Only (pulled from Case) | Yes | The name of the patient. |
DOB | Display Only (pulled from Person Information) | Yes | The date of birth of the patient. |
Age | Display Only (pulled from Person Information) | Yes | The age of the patient. |
Phone | Display Only (pulled from Person Information) | No | The day phone of the patient. |
Alert Text | Display Only (pulled from Person Information) | No | The alert text that was entered for the patient on the Person Information tab. This alert text appears in a Message pop-up window whenever the patient or guarantor linked to the patient is selected. For example: Change of address needed. |

If the account has any attachments, open the Set ID drop down list and select the attachment to view. If no attachments currently exist, a new attachment can be added to the account record by scanning or importing the image and attaching it. |
Review Eligibility | [Alt] + [E] | To open the Eligibility tab for the patient. |
Only 180 days of Eligibility history is stored in Connect and available for the patient. For information older than this, check the clearinghouse website. |
