- Denial Groups
- Denial Group Assignment Rules
- Pre-Collections Task Creation Rules
- External Collection Assignment Rules
- Manage Collection Letter templates for guarantor and insurance collections
Rules and groups created here can be used throughout Connect Back Office to manage and execute collections activities.
