Account Status
Opens the Account Status page where you can add and associate or remove account status values to and from accounts on the Act: [ID] > General tab.
Adjustment Codes
Opens the Adjustment Codes page where you can add, activate, or deactivate service line adjustment codes.
AQI Reports
Opens the AQI Reportspage where you can export cases to an XML file for transmitting to Anesthesia Quality Institute (AQI) where the data is then analyzed for the quality of service that you provide to your patients.
Case Reporting Types
Opens the Case Reporting Types page where you can manage the case reporting types you defined for reporting purposes.
Claim Holds
Opens the Claim Holdspage where you can create, update, or delete claim holds.
Code Mappings
Opens the Code Mappings page where you can map one or more CPT codes to one or more ASA codes for use on cases in Back Office.
Collection Letters
Opens the Collection Letters Admin page where you can manage the collection letter layouts created for guarantor and insurance collections.
Concurrency Schemes
Opens the Concurrency Schemes page where you can create, update, delete, and clone concurrency schemes.
Denial Management
Opens the Denial Management page where you can add, update, or remove denial codes.
Opens the Facilities page where you can create, update, or delete facilities.
Financial Classes
Opens the Financial Classes page where you can add or delete financial classes defined for reporting purposes.
Mobile
Opens the Mobile page where you can enable or disable the Connect Mobile Assistant (CMA) application for a specific practice. You can also manipulate what fields and image uploads are required for a CMA case to pass the validation check.
Outcomes
Opens the Outcomespage for adding or removing outcome values to attach to a case or send with applicable AQI files.
Payers & Plans
Opens the Payers & Planspage where you can manage payers and plans independently. You can create, update, delete, and clone payers and plans.
Practices
Opens the Practices page where you can create, update, or delete practices.
Procedure Categories
Opens the Procedure Categories page where you can add, update, and delete procedure categories.
Procedure Codes
Opens the Procedure Codespage where you can view, create, and update pseudo codes.
Providers
Opens the Providerspage where you can create, update, or delete providers.
Pseudo Code Mappings
Opens the Pseudo Code Mappingspage where you can create or update a mapping between a pseudo code and a system billable code.
Report Permissions
Opens the Report Permissions page where you can create and manage folders and permissions for Connect Portal.
Statement Override Messages
Opens the Statement Override Messages page where you can manage statement messages used for overriding the default message on a demand statement configured in a practice.
