The Collections Admin page provides a consolidated location to create and manage all collections-related items. 

From the page, you can define:

  • Actions and Action Series
  • Collector Groups
  • Guarantor Collections Assignment Rules (at enterprise-level and practice-level)
  • Insurance Collections Assignment Rules (at enterprise-level and practice-level)
  • Denial Groups
  • Denial Group Assignment Rules
  • Pre-Collections Task Creation Rules
  • External Collection Assignment Rules

Rules and groups created here can be used throughout Connect Back Office to manage and execute collections activities.
