From the Payers & Plans page, select the plan which contains the paper claim format and paper claim options to be copied over to another plan or plans.

Click Copy Paper Claim Settings. The Copy Paper Claim Setting window opens.

The Source Plan field indicates the plan from which paper claim settings will be copied.

In the Target Plan(s) section, do one of the following:
  • To copy paper claim settings to plan(s) under one payer, click the Expand () icon next to the payer name, then check the box of each plan in which to copy the settings.
  • To copy settings to all plans under a payer, check the box next to the payer name. Repeat this process for additional payers, if desired.


4Click Copy. The paper claim settings are automatically copied to the selected plans.

To close the window without copying settings, click Cancel.
