Overview

The Plan: New and Plan: [name] pages are comprised of twelve tabs:

The Paper Claim Options tab enables configuration of options for data printed on the claim form specified for the Paper Claim Format on the Claims tab.

How to Get Here?

To open the Paper Claim Options tab for new plan:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Click Payers & Plans from the Admin list 
  2. Click Create Plan
  3. Click the Paper Claim Options tab
  1. Open the Admin menu and select Payers & Plans
  2. Click Create Plan
  3. Click the Paper Claim Options tab
  1. From the Payers & Plans page, press [Alt] + [P]
  2. Click the Paper Claim Options tab


To open the Paper Claim Options tab for existing plan:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Click Payers & Plans from the Admin list 
  2. Select the plan to be modified
  3. Click Update*
  4. Click the Paper Claim Options tab

*Alternate Navigation: Double-click the plan from the list

  1. Open the Admin menu and select Payers & Plans

  2. Select the plan to be modified

  3. Click Update*

  4. Click the Paper Claim Options tab

*Alternate Navigation: Double-click the plan from the list

  1. From the Payers & Plans page, select the plan to be modified
  2. Press [Alt] + [U]
  3. Click the Paper Claim Options tab

Corresponds to the box on the claim form that contains the data from the case. Fields are displayed and sorted alphabetically.

PrimaryVariesVariesContain the options of the Field Name that determine what data will be printed in the corresponding boxes for primary claims. By default, all fields are set to its primary and secondary default options. If a field is grayed out, no option is available.
Secondary VariesVariesContain the options of the Field Name that determine what data will be printed in the corresponding boxes for secondary claims. By default, all fields are set to its primary and secondary default options.  If a field is grayed out, no option is available.
