Use this task to create:
- A payer from another payer
- A plan from another plan
Step-By-Step Guide
Step | Instructions |
|---|---|
| 1 | From the Payers & Plans page, select the payer or plan to be copied. |
| 2 | Click Clone. The relevant Clone Payer window opens.
|
| 3 | Enter the New Payer Name or New Plan Name. |
| 4 | Click OK. Depending on the item being created, the Payer: [name] page or Plan: [name] page opens. |
| 5 | Update or modify the newly created (via clone) payer/plan: |
| 6 | Click Save to save the changes. |
