The latest Connect release is 22.2. Highlights of this release include the following:

Claims

• Updated the system logic to populate the Place of Service from the claim line despite a General Excise Tax being applied.

Collections

• Fixed issue causing the Action, Next Action, and Next Action Date to not display on the Account / Collections tab or the Collections page if Action Series is selected when creating the collection rule.

• Fixed logic that was errantly allowing users to enter and save 2 letters in the Name Range field. 

• Resolved issue preventing the exporting of External Collection files when the Amount was $0.

EDC

• Added Clear Records option to the EDC Interface Configurations page to set automatic removal of unprocessed records after a set number of days.

EMC

• To accommodate work comp claims being sent to TriZetto, added clearinghouse claims option for the 2010CA REF*SY segment: Yes or No.

Facilities

• Modified Place of Service Types:

  • Added 10 – Telehealth Provided in Patient’s Home
  • Updated 02 – Telehealth Provided Other than in Patient’s Home
• Updated the Place of Service Types list to sort and display in numerical order on the Facility / General Facility Information tab.

Quality

• Modified AQI report to reflect version for 2022.

Reports

• Created new Back Office/Portal reports: Account Summary, Payment Recoup

• Added new fields to the following reports:
  • Anesthesia Case Utilization - Performing Provider Output: Patient Gender, Place of Service
  • Billing Analysis Group by Procedure Summary: Case Count, Total Insurance Payments
  • Practice Performance Summary: External Collections

• Fixed issue preventing general user (non-Admin) from seeing Financial Activity Summary reports in the saved reports folder.
