Use this task to recalculate the expected amounts on outstanding charges within the specified accounting date (if applicable) with fee calculations from a specified expected fee schedule. After clicking this button, the applicable charges are updated with the recalculated expected fee amount, which is displayed when a payment is entered for that charge.

From the Fee Schedules page, select the expected fee schedule for which you want to recalculate the expected fees.

Click Recalculate. A confirmation message displays.

The expected amounts are not recomputed if the changes are prior to the specified account date (if applicable) or if a payment has been applied against that specified charge.

3(Optional) Select the Include services that contain payments option to recalculate the expected on all services associated to the selected fee schedule, both those with and without associated payments.

The field is unchecked by default, and if left unchecked, only services without payments will be recalculated.

4Click Yes to recalculate the expected amount.
