Use this task to delete a provider that is no longer valid or created in error.

A provider referenced in a case procedure cannot be deleted from Connect Back Office.

From the Providers page, select the provider to delete.

Click Delete. The Delete Confirmation window opens.

To delete the selected provider, click OK. To cancel the request, click Cancel.
