New password security was added via new Password Policy page accessed from the Security menu. The page allows the admin to set security policies, such as:

• Require annual password reset
• Lock user out after X failed login attempts
• Limit the ability to re-use an old password
• Define password requirements, e.g., alpha numeric, special characters, character minimum/maximum

• New Locked status used in Status column on Users page to designate users with a locked account.

Zero payments can no longer be reversed to suspense, thus generating an error message. The Transfer this payment distribution to the Suspense Account option is disabled if IPYMT amount is zero.
