Users Page

Overview

The Users page contains a list of all existing user accounts. It is used to manage user accounts.

How to Get Here?

From the Home Page:	From the Menus:
Click Users from the Security list.	Open the Security menu and select Users.

Field	Type	Required	Description
Name	Filter	No	Filter option to quickly find the name of the user. As you type, the names in the list are filtered to show only those names that match what you typed.
Name	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	Yes	The last, first, middle, suffix, and title names of the user, as established in the user account.
Username	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	Yes	The name (long or short) the user uses to log into the Connect application, as established in the user account.
Phone	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	No	The telephone number of the user, as established in the user account.
Admin	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	Yes	Designates if the user is an administrative user of Connect.
Email	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	No	The e-mail address of the user as established in the user account.
Status	Display Only (pulled from created/updated Users)	Yes	The flag that indicates whether the user is active (able to log in), inactive (privileges are revoked), or locked (due to failed login attempts), as established in the user account.

Reset Password	[Alt] + [R]	Create a new password for the user account.	Resetting Passwords
Unlock	[Alt] + [N]	To unlock a user account that has exceeded the number of failed login attempts.	Select the locked user account. (Note: The Status column is populated with Locked status.) Click Unlock. The user account is unlocked and the Status is updated to Active.
