The Statement Override Message page allows you to manage statement messages used for overriding the current message on a demand statement generated in Connect Back Office. Statement override messages are associated to a practice. If you have more than one practice, the statement override message can be associated to all practices or specific practices.
When the statement override message is used in a demand statement, the statement override message is for that instance only. The regularly scheduled statement will include the statement message appropriate for that statement.
