Use this task to create statement override messages used to generate demand statements in Connect Back Office. The statement override message replaces the current message on the guarantor statement. When the statement override message is used in a demand statement, the statement override message is for that instance only. The regularly scheduled statement will include the statement message appropriate for that statement.

| 1 | From the Statement Override Messages page > Message Name table, click Create. The New Message Set window opens.

| 2 | Enter the name of the message in the Message Set Name field. |
| 3 | Click OK. The name is saved, and the New Message Set window closes. |
| 4 | Verify the applicable practices are selected in the Associated Practices table.

| 5 | In the Override Message section, open the Statement Language drop down and select the language for the override message. |
| 6 | Enter the text to appear on the demand statement when this statement override message is selected in Back Office in the Override Message field. |
