Use this task to set the default concurrency scheme to use for all plans.
From the Concurrency Schemes page, select the concurrency scheme to be set as default.
In the Default column, select the radio button of the concurrency scheme to be set as the default concurrency scheme for all plans.
Any plan not associated with a specific concurrency scheme will use the one marked as default.
