Overview

The Concurrency Scheme: New and Concurrency Scheme: [name] pages are comprised of three tabs:

The Excluded Procedure Codes allows you to add or remove procedures you want to include in the concurrency scheme, but also to exclude from the concurrency rules for detecting concurrency exceptions. The concurrency rules will not be applied to any procedure in the concurrency scheme when fees for services are calculated.

How to Get Here?

To open the Excluded Procedure Codes tab for new scheme:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Click Concurrency Schemes from the Admin list 
  2. Click Create
  3. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab
  1. Open the Admin menu and select Concurrency Schemes
  2. Click Create
  3. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab
  1. From the Concurrency Schemes page, press [Alt] + [C]
  2. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab

 

To open the Excluded Procedure Codes tab for existing scheme:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Click Concurrency Schemes from the Admin list 
  2. Select the concurrency scheme to be modified
  3. Click Update*
    • *Alternate Navigation: Double-click the concurrency scheme from the list
  4. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab

  1. Open the Admin menu and select Concurrency Schemes

  2. Select the concurrency scheme to be modified

  3. Click Update*

    • *Alternate Navigation: Double-click the concurrency scheme from the list

  4. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab
  1. From the Concurrency Schemes page, press [Alt] + [U]
  2. Click the Excluded Procedure Codes tab

Step-by-Step Guides

Delete[Alt] + [D]Removes the selected procedure from the list.
  1. Select the excluded procedure code to be deleted.
