Use this task to download the Connect Mobile Assistant (CMA) app. 

  • CMA must be installed on your device and activated in CONNECT Back Office before it can be used. Contact your practice administrator/manager, or access CONNECT Back Office to set up Connect Mobile Assistant.
  • CMA requires a Wi-Fi connection or data plan.
    • If on a hospital Wi-Fi connection, and unable to log into Connect, consult with your facility's IT staff to make sure they are allowing access to our connection.

Select the PPM Connect icon on your tablet or mobile device to open CMA.

Enter your Connection.

Connection information will be provided by your billing office.
3Enter your Username.
4Enter you Password.
