Creating Outcomes

Complete this task to add a custom outcome to the Outcomes table.

Step-By-Step Guide

Step	Instructions
1	From the Outcomes page, click Create. The Create Outcome window opens.
2	Enter the name or description of the outcome in the Outcome field
3	Open the Type drop down list and select the application outcome category.
4	Enter the value assigned to the QCDR or QR measure in the Measure field.
5	Enter the value assigned to the measure's numerators and denominators for AQI reporting in the Value field.
6	(Optional) Mark the Inactive checkbox if you'd like to create the outcome, but activate it later.
7	(Optional) Mark the PQRS checkbox to indicate the outcome is a PQRS-based measure.
8	Click Save to save and close the Create Outcome window.	Click Save & Add Next to save the new adjustment code and open a new Create Adjustment Code window. Click Cancel to close the window without saving.
