Introduction

The File menu provides access to a number of configuration and administrative activities in Connect Back Office. The menu can be accessed from any page or location in the application.

The menu provides access to:

  • Generic activities such as changing the login password, setting application preferences, and logging out
  • Task specific activities such as creating new accounts, persons, and posting a small balance writeoff in AR

The topics listed in the subtopics panel to the right provide additional detail about performing these activities.

 

A number of activities can be accessed and initiated under the File menu on the Home page.
