Overview

There are two tabs on the User: [name] page:

The Audit tab will tracks any updates or changes to the fields on the User page.

How to Get Here?

To open the User: New / Audit tab:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Click Users from the Security list.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Click the Audit tab.

The tab will be empty for a new role that has not yet been created.

  1. Open the Security menu and select Users.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Click the Audit tab.
  1. From the Users page, press [Alt] + [C].
  2. Click the Audit tab.


To open the User: [name] / Audit tab:

  1. Click Users from the Security list.
  2. Select the user to be reviewed.
  3. Click Update*.
  4. Click the Audit tab.

*Alternate Navigation: Double-click the role from the list.

  1. Open the Security menu and select Users.

  2. Select the user to be reviewed.

  3. Click Update*.

  4. Click the Audit tab.

*Alternate Navigation: Double-click the role from the list.

  1. From the Users page, select the user to be reviewed.
  2. Press [Alt] + [U].
  3. Click the Audit tab.
