Complete this task to add a custom outcome to the Outcomes table.

From the Outcomes page, click Create. The Create Outcome window opens.

Enter the name or description of the outcome in the Outcome field

Open the Type drop down list and select the application outcome category.

Enter the value assigned to the QCDR or QR measure in the Measure field.

Enter the value assigned to the measure's numerators and denominators for AQI reporting in the Value field.

(Optional) Mark the Inactive checkbox if you'd like to create the outcome, but activate it later.

(Optional) Mark the Practice Outcomecheckbox to tag the outcome for inclusion in the Practice: [ID] > Outcomes tab, where it can be designated as a default outcome in charge entry.

(Optional) Mark the PQRS checkbox to indicate the outcome is a PQRS-based measure.

Click Save to save and close the Create Outcome window.
Tip
Click Save & Add Next to save the new adjustment code and open a new Create Adjustment Code window.
