Overview

The Statement Batch tab is used to set user preferences for search criteria for finding statements as well as setting printing offsets for printing statements.

User preferences can be overridden and will remain in effect for this workstation until it is changed in Preferences. Anyone who logs onto this workstation will use these preferences as the default values.

How to Get Here?

From the Menus:Via Shortcut Keys: 
  • Open the File menu and select Preferences.
  • Select Statement Batch from the left pane list of preferences.
  1. Press [Alt] + [F] + [R].
  2. Select Statement Batch from the left pane list of preferences.

Search Criteria Section  

 

PracticeDrop DownYesSpecifies the default practice to filter search results. By default, this option is set to All.
CreatedDrop DownNoSpecify the period from the current date that statements are listed. Options range from Today to Older than a Year.
Launch SearchCheckboxNoIf checked, the search window opens automatically upon accessing the Statement Batch page.
Printing Offsets Section    
Horizontal Offset

YesDetermines the horizontal position of characters either right (plus) or left (minus). By default, the option is set to 0. You can enter up to – 25 or +25.
Vertical Offset

YesDetermines the vertical position of pixels either down (plus) or up (minus). By default, the option is set to 0. You can enter up to  – 25 or +25.
PrinterDrop DownYesSets the default printer for statement printing.
TrayDrop DownYesSets the default printer tray for statement printing.
