Overview
The Statement Batch tab is used to set user preferences for search criteria for finding statements as well as setting printing offsets for printing statements.
User preferences can be overridden and will remain in effect for this workstation until it is changed in Preferences. Anyone who logs onto this workstation will use these preferences as the default values.

Search Criteria Section | |||
Practice | Drop Down | Yes | Specifies the default practice to filter search results. By default, this option is set to All. |
Created | Drop Down | No | Specify the period from the current date that statements are listed. Options range from Today to Older than a Year. |
Launch Search | Checkbox | No | If checked, the search window opens automatically upon accessing the Statement Batch page. |
Printing Offsets Section | |||
Horizontal Offset | Free Text (Numeric) | Yes | Determines the horizontal position of characters either right (plus) or left (minus). By default, the option is set to 0. You can enter up to – 25 or +25. |
Vertical Offset | Free Text (Numeric) | Yes | Determines the vertical position of pixels either down (plus) or up (minus). By default, the option is set to 0. You can enter up to – 25 or +25. |
Printer | Drop Down | Yes | Sets the default printer for statement printing. |
Tray | Drop Down | Yes | Sets the default printer tray for statement printing. |
