Complete this task to approve pending address corrections. 

An address correction can be approved with or without errors (missing data), for example, no city or state.

  • The approved address correction without errors is posted to the History tab with an Approved status, and the account is updated with the new address information.
  • The approved address correction with errors is posted to the History tab with a Denied status and to the Errors section on the Pending tab. An address correction with errors must be acknowledged before it can be posted to the History tab. The account is not updated with the new address information.

The account number and guarantor name are hyperlinks to the Active AR tab of the guarantor account. To view the account information, click either hyperlink.

From the Address Corrections > Pending tab > Corrections section, select the address correction to be approved.

Click Approve.

  • If the address correction has no errors, the approved address correct is moved from the Pending tab to the History tab with an Approved status.
  • If the address correction has an error, the correction is moved to the Errors section on the Pending tab for acknowledgement. After acknowledging the address correction with errors, it is moved to the History tab with a Denied status.
