From the External Collections / Files tab, search and select the external collections file to export.


Note
See the Create External Collections File topic for steps on creating the file.

Click Export. The Save As window opens.

 


3Select where to save the file in the Save In field. 
4Enter the name of the external collections file in the File Name field.


Note
By default, the file name is export.xml. Include the .xml extension in the file name.


5Click Save.


Info

The file is create in the location that you specified.


Note

Click Cancel to make no changes and close the window.
