From the Charge Batches > Batches tab, select the charge batch to be updated.

Click Update (or press [Alt] + U).The Charge Batch > Charge Batch Information tab opens.

Update the relevant information via the applicable steps below...


3Enter the total number of cases to be included in the charge batch in the Expected Case Count field.

(Optional) Enter or select the date of service to use as the date of service for all cases in the charge batch in the Date of Service field.

(Optional) Open the Facility drop down list to select the facility to use for all cases in the charge batch.


6(Optional) Enter or select the date to use as the Accounting Date for all cases in the charge batch.


Note

Changing this date may affect activity reports for this charge batch. If you have generated reports in Connect Portal or Reportal prior to this change, rerun the reports with the correct accounting date to obtain the correct data.


Note

The Accounting Date can be up to 14 days in the future. 


7(Optional) Enter the number of expected procedures to be included in the charge batch in the Expected Proc Count field.
8(Optional) Enter or select the date to use as the Charge Received date for all cases in the charge batch.
9(Optional) Enter any additional information about the charge batch in the Description field.
