| 1 | From the Case Reporting Types page, click Create. The Create Case Reporting Type window opens.

| 2 | Enter the name or description of the new case reporting type in the Name field. |
| 3 | Click Save. The Add Case Reporting Type window closes and the new case reporting type is added to the list on the Case Reporting Types page. |
