From the Outcomes page, select the outcome to be modified.

Click Update. The Update Outcome window opens.

Update the relevant information via the applicable steps below...

Note
The Type value cannot be edited after an outcome has been created. This prevents the type from being changed on past cases in which the outcome was used.

Enter the updated name or description of the outcome in the Outcome field

 
4Enter the value assigned to the QCDR or QR measure in the Measure field. 
5Enter the value assigned to the measure's numerators and denominators for AQI reporting in the Value field. 
6Mark the Inactive checkbox to make the outcome inactive. 
7Mark the Practice Outcome checkbox to tag the outcome for inclusion in the Practice: [ID] > Outcomes tab, where it can be designated as a default outcome in charge entry. 8Mark the PQRS checkbox to indicate the outcome is a PQRS-based measure.

Click Save to save and close the Update Outcome window.
