Use this task to update templates for the collection letters used for guarantor and insurance collections.

Modifying a collection letter template does not affect the link to an action type in the guarantor collection or insurance collection rules at the practice configuration. The modified master template only affects collection letters created in Back Office after the modification is made to the master template. Modifications to a collection letter template does not affect collection letters created before the modification to the template. If a collector reprints a collection letter created in Back Office before the modification to the template, the letter contains the previous collection letter template format, not the modified template format. After the action has been completed in Back Office, the collection letter layout cannot be deleted. |
