| Practice | Filter | No | A drop down list of your practices. Selecting an option from the Practice filter limits the claim holds displayed on the page to only those for the selected practice. |
| Practice | Display Only (Pulled from created/updated Claim Holds) | Yes | The unique name of the practice. |
| Payer | Display Only (Pulled from created/updated Claim Holds) | NoYes | The unique name of the payer. |
| Plan | Display Only (Pulled from created/updated Claim Holds) | No | The unique name of the plan. |
| Number of Days | Display Only (Pulled from created/updated Claim Holds) | Yes | The number of days the primary claims are being held, as it relates to the date of service. The hold is automatically lifted at the end of the last day. |
