Right-click on the PDF file you are having issues uploading.

This action is performed from the file's original location.

Select Open with... [browser of choice].

This can be whichever browser you are using at your workstation: Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

3Print the document to PDF.

The print functionality may vary depending on the browser version being used.

Google Chrome

  1. Roll your mouse across the top of the document and click the Print icon.
    Alternatively, you can:
    • Click the three dots at the top of the Chrome page (far right of the navigation bar) and select Print from the menu that opens.
    • Press CTRL + P.
  2. Open the Destination field and select Save as PDF.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Print icon at the top of the page.
    Alternatively, you can:
    • Click the three dots at the top of the Edge page (far right of the navigation bar) and select Print from the menu that opens.
    • Press CTRL + P.
  2. Open the Printer field and select Microsoft Print to PDF.
  3. Click Print.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three horizontal lines icon at the top of the Firefox page (far right of the navigation bar) and select Print from the menu that opens.
  2. Open the Select Printer field and select Microsoft Print to PDF.
  3. Click Print.
4Enter a name and location for the PDF file to save. 
5Click Save. 
6Rerun your scanning or importing function with the newly created and saved PDF file.
