Step | Instructions |

| 1 | From the Custom Fields page, select the Custom Field to be modified. |
| 2 | Click Update. The Update Custom Field window opens.

| 3 | Enter the updated name or description of the custom field in the Custom Field Description field. |
| 4 | Click OK. The custom field is updated in the Custom Fields paneand changed on the General Case Information tab. |
