Overview

Purpose

Generate ePreop extract of quality data.

This report functions with the "classic" report functionality.

How to Get Here?

From Back Office:

Open the Manage menu and select Reports.
Click the Classic tab.
From the Reports page > Classic tab, select the ePreop Data Extract from the list of reports.
Click Run (or press [Alt] + [R]).
Enter/select the filter criteria from the Report Criteria window.
The Facility list is only enabled if you are using AQI XML Version: 2019 Version 1 (or later) for the selected practice. The version can be updated via the Practice / Miscellaneous tab.
Click OK (or press [Alt] + [O]). The Save As window opens for selecting a save location and naming the extract.

Option	Type	Required	Description
Date of Service Begin	Drop Down / Free Text (Calendar)	Yes	Filters by the beginning date of service that you want to include in the report. By default, this filter is set to the current date.
Date of Service End	Drop Down / Free Text (Calendar)	Yes	Filters by the ending date of service that you want to include in the report. By default, this filter is set to the current date.
Practice	Drop Down	Yes	The extract pulls data from the selected practice. If All is selected, only active practices are included in the search results.
Facility	Multi-select Combo Box	No	The extract pulls data from the selected facility(s). Only facilities associated with the selected practice are enabled for selection. One or more facilities can be selected from the list by holding down the CTRL key. Facilities table is only enabled if the AQI XML Version for the practice is 2019 Version 1 or later.
Overwrite Data in File	Checkbox	No	The extract being generated overwrites the previous extraction.
