Field Definitions
Field | Description |

Practice | The practice associated with the collection task. |
Account | The account number of the guarantor account. |
Guarantor | The guarantor on the account. |
DOB | The date of birth of the guarantor. |
Address 1 | The street address of the guarantor. |
Address 2 | The street address (line 2, if applicable) of the guarantor. |
City | The city of the guarantor's address. |
State | The state of the guarantor's address. |
Zip | The zip of the guarantor's address. |
Day Phone | The 10-digit telephone number (Day) of the guarantor. |
Evening Phone | The 10-digit telephone number (Evening) of the guarantor. |
Balance | The current balance on the guarantor account. |
Age | The age of the collection line item. |
Last Action | The last action taken in the collection effort. |
Last Action Date | The last date that action was taken in the collection effort. |
Next Action | The next action that to be taken in the collection effort. |
Next Action Date | The date the next action will occur. |
Collector | The person who is assigned to the collection task. |
Collector Group Name | The name of the collector group to which the task is assigned. |
Account Status | The value assigned to the account to assist in grouping and searching for accounts. |
Returned Mail | Sets the flag to indicate mail has been returned on the account and follow-up is needed. |
Last Payment Date | Date of the last patient or guarantor payment received on the account. |
Last Payment Amount | The amount of the last patient or guarantor payment. |
Last Payment Type | The type of the last patient or guarantor payment. |
Statement Processing | The status of the statements generated on the account. |
Next System Statement Date | The date the system generates a statement for the account. |
Collection Transfer Date | The first date that action was taken in the collection effort. |
Total Number of Actions | The total number of actions associated to the collection line item. |
Available Report Filters

Date | Drop Down | Yes | Filters transactions displayed by the selected time period. Options include: Custom Date Range, Last # of Days, Today, Previous Day, Current Month, Previous Month, Current Year, and Previous Year. If Custom Date Range is selected, the From and To fields are enabled to enter specific dates to run the query on. If Last # of Days is selected, the Last # of Days field is enabled to enter a specific number of days to run the query on. The maximum timespan for the report is 366 days. |
Practices | List Selection | No | Filters by all practices or one or more practices for which collection tasks exist. By default, this filter is set to All. Only active practices are returned in the search results. |
Collector | List Selection | No | Filters by all external collection agencies or by one or more external collection agencies. |
Collector Group | Drop Down | No | Filters by all external collection agency groups or by one or more external collection agency groups. |
Days Outstanding From/To | Numeric | No | Filters by the designated number of days outstanding since the claim was generated. |
Balance From/To | Numeric | No | Filters by the designated balance on the account. |
Report Folder | Drop Down | Yes | Designates where to place or save the output from the executed report. |
