Fides Report

Overview

Purpose

Generate extract of quality data to export to Fides.

This report functions with the "classic" report functionality.

How to Get Here?

From Back Office:

Open the Manage menu and select Reports.
Click the Classic tab.
From the Reports page > Classic tab, select the Fides - Quality Data Collection report from the list of reports.
Click Run (or press [Alt] + [R]).
Enter/select the filter criteria from the Report Criteria window.
Click OK (or press [Alt] + [O]). The Save As window opens for selecting a save location and naming the extract.

Date Mode	Drop Down	Yes	Determines how the results are grouped and ordered: Date of Service - Data is displayed based on the date of service of the charge Date Posted - Data is displayed based on the posted date of the charge
Start Date	Drop Down / Free Text (Calendar)	Yes	Filters by the beginning date (based on the date mode selected) that you want to include in the report. By default, this filter is set to the current date.
End Date	Drop Down / Free Text (Calendar)	Yes	Filters by the ending date (based on the date mode selected) that you want to include in the report. By default, this filter is set to the current date.
Practice	List Selection	Yes	The extract pulls data from the selected practice.
