Overview

The Session History page displays a history of user sessions, including the dates and times the session began and ended.

How to Get Here?

From the Home Page:From the Menus:
  • Click Session History from the Security list 
  • Open the Security menu and select Session History

The name of the Connect user or administrator who ended the session. The user can terminate the session by logging out; an administrator can terminate the session by using the End Session button on the Sessions page.

The name of the operating system the user was in during the session.

Reports the Operating System architecture during the session as 32 bit or 64 bit.

Search[Alt] + [S]

To search and locate a specific user's session history.

  1. Click Search. The Search Criteria window opens.
  2. Enter search criteria.
  3. Click OK.
