This report is used to review updates for specific Admin and Security topics:
- Users
- Roles
- Password Policy
- Fee Schedules
Any changes or updates to these pages will be available in the Audit Trail report.

Field Definitions
Field | Description |
---|---|
Topic | Name of the Connect topic where the change was made: Password Policy, Users, Roles, Fee Schedules, and Case Error Rules. |
Record | The record that was changed. |
Field | The field that was updated. |
Before | The value in the field before it was changed. |
After | The value in the field after it was changed. |
User | The user that made the change. |
Updated At | The date/time when the change was made. |
Available Report Filters
Results can be returned for one or more of the filter criteria (e.g., multiple practices).
Option | Type | Required | Description |
---|---|---|---|
Date | Drop Down | Yes | Filters transactions displayed by the selected time period. Options include: Custom Date Range, Last # of Days, Today, Previous Day, Current Month, Previous Month, Current Year, and Previous Year. If Custom Date Range is selected, the From and To fields are enabled to enter specific dates to run the query on. If Last # of Days is selected, the Last # of Days field is enabled to enter a specific number of days to run the query on. |
Creator | List Selection | Yes | Filters by all creators (Connect users) or by one or more creators which made changes. By default, this filter is set to All. |
Topic | List Selection | Yes | Filters by all topics (Password Policy, Users, Roles, Fee Schedules, Case Error Rules) or by one or more topics where changes were made. By default, this filter is set to All. |
Report Folder | Drop Down | Yes | Designates where to place or save the output from the executed report. |
