Use this task to view and post eligible small balance writeoffs.

Instructions

1From the Small Balance Writeoff page, open the Practice drop down list and select the practice to view and write off the small balance.
2Review the balances in the table, and deselect the checkbox to the left of any line item to omit it from the writeoff transaction.
3Click Post. The transaction appears on the Account Active AR tab under the Transaction Code specified on the Practice: [ID] > Miscellaneous tab.
