Administrators can set password policy via the Password Policy page.
The Password Policy is comprised of three components:

| Password Policy | Establishes the number of historical passwords stored for a user, the timing for which a password reset is required, and the time allowed between password resets. |
| Password Complexity | Defines the required elements for a password:

| Account Lockout Policy | Sets the duration for a lockout period, define defines after how many failed attempts a lockout results, and set the time following a failed attempt before the lockout counter restarts. |
