From the

Small Balance Writeoff page, open

Image Set Search page, enter the search criteria in the Search Criteria window:

  • Open the Practice drop down list and select the practice to
view and write off the small balance.
2Review the balances in the table, and deselect the checkbox to the left of any line item to omit it from the writeoff transaction.

  • Enter the identification of the tag associated with the image set in the Tag field.
  • Open the Date Range drop down list and select the interval in which the image set was created.
Tip
The Search Criteria window displays upon opening the Image Set Search page, but can also be accessed by clicking the New Search button on the page.
2Click OK. The image sets matching the specified search criteria are listed.

If no match is found, the following message appears: Search returned no records
3Click Post. The transaction appears on the Account Active AR tab under the Transaction Code specified on the Practice: [ID] > Miscellaneous tab
