Use this task to delete a user account that is no longer valid or entered in error.

Step-By-Step Guide

From the Users page, select the user to delete.

Click Delete. The Delete Confirmation window opens.

Note
Do not delete a user account if a user has active collection tasks or any transactions not yet posted. Reassign the collection tasks and post transactions before deleting the user account.

To delete the selected user, click OK. To cancel the request, click Cancel.
