The Collections tab is used to set user preferences on the Manage > Collections page for displaying default tab (Guarantor or Insurance)
User preferences can be overridden, but will remain in effect for this workstation until it is changed in Preferences. Anyone who logs onto this workstation will use these preferences as the default values.

Open the File menu and select Preferences.
Select Corrections from the left pane list of preferences.
Press [Alt] + [F] + [R].
