Overview


The Charge Batch tab is used to set user preferences at the charge batch for generating the Submission report.

User preferences can be overridden, but will remain in effect for this workstation until it is changed in Preferences. Anyone who logs onto this workstation will use these preferences as the default values.



From the Menus:Via Shortcut Keys: 
  1. Open the File menu and select Preferences.
  2. Select Charge Batch from the left pane list of preferences.
  1. Press [Alt] + [F] + [R].
  2. Select Charge Batch from the left pane list of preferences.

Submit Charge Batch Section 


Preview Submission CheckboxNo

If selected, the Submission report automatically opens in a preview window after it is generated.

The Preview Submission window will appear each time you attempt to submit (as the preference continues to default to that setting). To actually send out claims, you must uncheck the Preview Submission option in Preferences prior to submitting the claim(s).
