The Account tab is used to set user preferences at the Account level.
User preferences can be overridden, but will remain in effect for this workstation until it is changed in Preferences. Anyone who logs onto this workstation will use these preferences as the default values.

Open the File menu and select Preferences.
Select Account from the left pane list of preferences.
Press [Alt] + [F] + [R].
Select Account from the left pane list of preferences.
