Overview

The Reports page is used to conveniently generate standard reports found in Connect Portal.

There are five tabs available on this page:

The Scheduled tab displays scheduled report executions in Connect. From this page, you can update a scheduled report, clone it to create another scheduled report, or delete a scheduled report. 

A maximum of 10 reports can be scheduled at a time. 

How to Get Here?

From the Home Page:From the Menus:
  1. Click Reports from the Manage  list 
  2. Click the Scheduled tab.

Allows the list of scheduled jobs to be filtered by Folder and Job Name.

As you type in the Job Name field, the scheduled jobs in the list are filtered to show only those that match what was typed. To restore the list to all scheduled jobs, clear the contents of the filters.

Step-By-Step Guides

Update[Alt] + [U]

To update the selected scheduled job.

  1. Select the scheduled job to be modified.
  2. Click Update. The Schedule Job window for the report opens.
  3. (Optional) Enter or update any new criteria.
  4. (Optional) Click the Schedule tab.
  5. (Optional) Modify the scheduling configuration information.
  6. (Optional) Modify the scheduling notification information.
  7. Click Save.
Clone[Alt] + [N]To create a copy of a scheduled job. The newly created job is modified as applicable.
  1. Select the scheduled job to be cloned.
  2. Click Clone. The Schedule Job window opens with the Criteria and Schedule tabs pre-populated with the information to match the scheduled job being cloned.
  3. (Optional) Update the scheduled job Criteria.
  4. Click the Schedule tab.
  5. (Optional) Modify the scheduling configuration information.
  6. (Optional) Modify the scheduling notification information.
  7. Enter the Job Name.
  8. Click Save.
Delete[Alt] + [D]To cancel the selected scheduled job.
  1. Select the scheduled job to be deleted.
  2. Click Deleted. The Delete Confirmation window opens.

  3. Click OK to delete and cancel the scheduled job.
