The Collections Admin pages are comprised of seven tabs:

The Denial Collections tab is used to create denial code groups that can be assigned to collectors or collector groups.

To open the Denial Collections tab:

From the Home Page:
From the Menus:
  1. Click Collections Admin from the Admin list.
  2. Click the Denial Collections tab.
  1. Open the Admin menu and select Collections Admin.
  2. Click the Denial Collectionstab.

Denial Groups Sub-tab

Group Name Table   
Create[Alt] + [C]To create a new denial group.
  1. From the Collections Admin / Denial Collections Tab / Denial Groups Sub-tab, click Create in the Group Name table. The Create Denial Group window opens.
  2. Enter the Name for the denial group.
  3. Click Save (or Save & Add Next to add additional groups).
Update[Alt] + [U]To update the name of a denial group.
  1. From the Collections Admin / Denial Collections Tab / Denial Groups Sub-tab, select a group from the Group Name table.
  2. Click Update. The Create Denial Group window opens.
  3. Enter the updated Name for the denial group.
  4. Click Save.
Delete[Alt] + [E]To delete a denial group.
  1. Select a group from the Group Name table.
  2. Click Delete. The Delete Confirmation window opens.
  3. Click Yes to delete the denial group.
Associated Denial Codes Table   
Ad[Alt] + [D]

To associate a denial code with the denial group.

  1. Click Add. The Add Group/Reason Code window opens.

  2. Open the Group Code drop down list and select the group code.
  3. Open the Reason Code drop down list and select the reason code.
  4. Click Save (or Save & Add Next to add additional codes to the group).

Remove

[Alt] + [R]

To remove an associated denial code from a denial group.
  1. Select the denial code to be removed.
  2. Click Remove. The code's association is removed from the denial group.
