Multiple charge batches can be selected for submission by holding the CTRL key and selecting the necessary charge batches. The Submit button is enabled if you have only selected charge batches containing unsubmitted cases.
In the Submit column, select the checkbox for each case to submit.
Note
By default, all cases are selected. Clear the checkmark to exclude the cases you do not want to submit.
Click Toggle Selection to check/uncheck all boxes in the Submit column.

If the case is on hold or has any errors, you cannot submit the case. If there are errors, it will appear in red text in the table.

(Optional) To generate the Charge Submission Preview report, select the Preview Submission checkbox.

The report will display all selected charge batches (if there are multiple batches selected).

(Optional) To generate the Charge Submission report, select the Show Submission Report checkbox.

Click OK (or press [Alt] + O) to submit the cases. The Check and Submit window displays.

During this process, each case is validated for errors related to data input, concurrency, and CCI edits unless otherwise specified. If any errors are detected, the case will not be submitted. All errors and warnings are reported on the Charge Batch / Charge Batch Error Checktab.

Upon completion, a claim is generated for each case and the account is updated with the activity. If a Submission report is generated, the report appears in the preview window. It can be printed or saved from this window.
